you might have noticed my absence on this list for the last couple of months -- this was due to completion of my thesis and several personal issues, which are now resolved. I also happen to be release manager for Python 3.2, which takes a certain amount of time until January, where the final is scheduled to be released. I'll start reading all the outstanding posts on sphinx-dev, and issues on the tracker, and pick up the threads from the (mostly finished) SoC projects, so that a 1.1 release can be expected within this year.
