http://packages.python.org/Abjad/chapters/appendices/bibliography/index.html ... leaves something to be desired in terms of formatting and layout because the page comprises only ReST citations. So is there a way to have Sphinx build an attractive HTML bibliography? Or is the recommended strategy to build the bibliography by hand?
