Could only find "tab-width" for literalinclude.
The per-file tab-width option is also available for "include".
Docutils has a generic 'tab-width' configuration options, but I don't
know how this is set in Sphinx.

Thanks for this link. I had found it too after some more searching.
Still didn't find a way to set this in Sphinx, so I use some code to
convert the tabs in the .rst files before feeding them to Sphinx, not
ideal, but nicer.
