The second page (not counting the ToC) of my document says Table Of
Contents at the top of the panel on the left followed by navigation
for the page. The first page does not say Table Of Contents in that
panel and the Previous topic (which is the Table Of Contents) is <no
title>. I have a contents.rst file which contains
Contents
========
.. toctree::
:maxdepth: 3
page1
page2
Any idea what I am doing wrong?
