Sphinx-1.0.7 on FreeBSD-9 with Python-2.6.6. trying to use sphinx for documentation of a javascript library, which consist of a bunch of top-level functions. how do i get rid of the " (built-in function)" appendix in the generated index? those functions surely aren't "built-in" in any sense.
