Thanks for the feedback! I made the following changes: * Added padding in paragraphs * padded search box * Changed pygments theme to monokai which seems to be visible with the themes I tested. Not sure on the TOC links I'll look into it more. I added the button things in the top right to add color to mostly blank headers and to make the examples page for the theme changer have a more obvious effect. If they are distracting or misleading I can add an option to remove them or to add them if someone likes them. What would be your preference? I conditionally could put a logo there also if a url were provied. I agree about the navigation buttons but don't really know either. The placement seemed correct based on similar placement in long blog/ news/magazine pages I read but maybe not or maybe they should be evenly spaced under the main column with previous left top centered or removed and next right justified I'll play with it a little more.
