Python 2.6 Sphinx-1.0.7-py2.6.egg I'm using the following in conf.py exclude_patterns = ['interface/peripheralRegion.rst', 'hdEditor/'] All files in hdEditor and the 'interface/peripheralRegion.rst' file are included in the build.
