I'd like code blocks in my *.rst source to just be dumped, as they are, into <pre> tags- no extra <span> tags from pygments. Does anyone know how to disable pygments? I've removed anything having to do with pygments from my conf.py and theme.conf files (previously I had pygments_style to simple), though pygments still seems like it's running.
