First, thank you for this wonderful tool! Our PDF has a blank chapter built from the 'Indices and Tables' section (listed in the index.rst file). The HTML output is perfect. I noticed in the Sphinx documentation, that chapter in not generated in your PDF (which is what we would like to do). FYI: We do not have any modules to index, so we only reference the genindex and the search.
Is there a setting in the conf.py to not generate that chapter in the LaTeX output? I've read the documentation, searched discussions, and performed other searches.
