I don't think so (but there are more bugfixes in v. 0.9 than mentioned in
the last mail).
If this is a Docutils issue, you might file a bug report to the
Docutils bug tracker http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=38414&atid=422030

It seems that "goodger" doesn't want to fix it and I am not technical
enough to argue the point.
