Currently, I have all my citation entries in a single file, references.rst, that looks something like this:
.. [Foo2011] Arthur McFoo (2011), "Bla blah blah" .. [Baz1909] Sumthing Baz (1909), "Whatnot" I'd add a heading to this, but if I do, then the LaTeX output has *two*headings, one from the heading I added, and one from the LaTeX environment "thebibliography". If I don't add a heading, then the LaTeX output looks fine, but the HTML writer complains "WARNING: toctree contains reference to document 'references' that doesn't have a title: no link will be generated", and of course, the references section naturally does not appear in the HTML table of contents, which looks a bit ugly. Unfortunately, since Sphinx adds the heading from "thebibliography", I can't easily suppress this heading by, say, redefining \bibname or \refname to be empty, since the table of contents will have an ugly-looking entry for the now blank heading. Is there a smooth way to fix this that I'm missing here? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "sphinx-users" group.
