I was asked if I could make one entry in a ToC (it is the toc used for the sidebar) stand out in some way.
Couldn't find a way of adding bold or other emphasis to one entry in a ToC so I ended up adding a link to relations.html and using html to control its appearance. This is fine except that the file also has to be referenced in the ToC or it won't be built. So, two questions: Is it possible to add markup to a single toctree entry? If so, how? Can a file be on a toctree list but hidden? If so, how?
