I am failing to use the debug option under Windows cause sphinx-build opens a new command window which is immediately closed the moment a python exception occurs.
thus it is (almost) impossible to read the actual exception. Turing on the debug option (-P) does not help either. Still the command windows is closed immediately. Is there a workaround?
