I'm using Sphinx to document a Cython wrapper for GLPK (C code). I'm encountering something strange: some tests fail, sometimes, but not always, when running 'make doctest' again and again. It's always the same tests, but sometimes all, some, or none fail. The tests should be deterministic, but there seems to be a random element involved, which I can't trace. Perhaps there are known causes for such behavior, and then I would be grateful to learn about them.
