Hi Lenz,

this was indeed still a bug, I've just fixed it for the next bugfix release of 
1.2.

In the meantime, you can add this to your latex_elements preamble:

   \usepackage{upquote}

This will at least work for parsed-literal blocks.  For anything highlighted,
you will need to add this:

   \renewcommand\PYGZsq{\textquotesingle}

manually *after* the Pygments style commands in the .tex files unfortunately.
