Hi,
I have Python application (Karrigell) which imports modules written by
me. I want to autodoc only my modules.
But my modules use some functions defined in the calling application
(here Karrigell).
There I get Python errors from the autodoc extension since Python
doesn't know these functions.
How can this be achieved?

Many thanks for a hint,

I think you might be able to do this by defining dummy functions (with the right names) in your conf.py. I've done something similar in one of my projects to allow autodoc to work without installing some dependencies: https://github.com/jim-easterbrook/pywws/blob/master/src/doc/conf.py#L41
