Did JUH's reply answer your question?  Because IIUC you want *translated* reST 
(ie., source) files, which would require an additional reStructuredText 
writer.

Building a generic reST writer is complicated (for there is no direct 
reverse doctree/reST mapping, see StackOverflow 
<http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13804333/is-there-a-rest-writer>.)  It 
seems some people have —nevertheless— tried, all released under the name 
rst2rst.  I cannot say anything about the quality of their works.  If you 
wish to move this into Sphinx (or sphinx.contrib) I'd happily review a pull 
request.
