Dear sphinx-community, I just realized, that I have a very large and a very small sphinx project, where at least the first one should be interesting for the example list at http://sphinx-doc.org/examples.html. For both projects, the original code is available and both projects use the sphinxdoc theme.
The second one is just an experiment, where I wanted to generate my curriculum vitae with pure restructured text at github such that I can use it as pdf and webpage: http://mmkrell.github.io/CV/index.html and https://github.com/MMKrell/CV/tree/gh-pages respectively for the source code. The first and more important one is the documentation of the signal processing and classification environment pySPACE (http://pyspace.github.io/pyspace/; https://github.com/pyspace/pyspace <http://pyspace.github.io/pyspace/>(sources)). Special points are - the structure of the main webpage, which uses restructured text and no html in contrast to several other project, - a smooth transistion from highlevel documentation to low level documentation and finally the code, - a self defined structure of the automatically generated API documentation, and - other automatic features which were added to the API documentation like the list of all nodes, the node names and the respective input types. I hope you consider at least the first project (pySPACE) to be included in your list.
