This PR is one of the possibilities.

However this implementation can't provide a perfect EPUB3 yet.

We need a XHTML writer for that.
And I heard the xhtml writer development has been started.

Although, I think we need more time to develop stable EPUB3 writer then I
can't say when we will provide the feature.
