Update: I followed the instructions here - http://sphinx.readthedocs.org/en/latest/faq.html - to add analytics. Yet to verify if it functions.
Still looking for page rating tools that can be easily integrated. The google article survey tool looks nice (sample: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/65129). Has anyone tweaked the CSS to include this yet? Thanks!
