Hello, I'm new to the community and have a quick question about versioning.
http://sphinx-doc.org lists 1.3.2 as the current version. However, the latest release available on pypy <https://pypi.python.org/pypi/Sphinx/1.3.1> and github <https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/releases> are 1.3.1.
