Hi Everyone!
I ran into an issue with numbering footnotes in my pdf output.
If I have a table produced by list-table directive which contains footnotes
([#email]_), then the resulting tex file contains first occurence of the
footnote as \footnote{} but other occurences are generated as
\footnotemark[1].
Our documentation is structured into individual files on section level so
the footnote number for second and later occurences is wrong as we have
other footnote in previous section. This is the case only for latexpdf.
html and singlehtml outputs are correct.
Is there any easy solution to this? I don't want to manually number them as
they would get strange numbers in html output.
Thanks,
Tomas
