1 - I tried Sphinx 1.3.1 (It didn't recognize my sphinx.ext.comment, so I deleted all comments) but I get the same problem. 2 - Yes my codepage is fr_FR.utf8 so no problem with the chars used on the .rst 3 - If you are talking about conf.py I have verified all this.
I also tried other version of Adobe and still get the error.
