Or you can use container directive to specify a particular block
.. container:: decorated
* :ref:`hello`
* world
And then, you can decorate the hyperlink using CSS:
.decorated .std-ref {
font-style: italic;
}
I think there is no proper way to change styles from markups. Usually,
reStructuredText is not good at modifying styles of documents.
