Dear Aaron Carlisle, I tried to see whether the mathbase extension could be imported as extensions = ['sphinx.ext.autodoc', 'rst2pdf.pdfbuilder', 'sphinx.ext.mathbase'] and got a warning: extension 'sphinx.ext.mathbase' has no setup() function; is it really a Sphinx extension module?
