It would be amazing, but AFAIK is not possible.

I add comments directed at the translator (called "extracted comments" in
terms of gettext) manually. After I generate/update .po files, I add
extracted comments to the messages that need some explanation (extracted
comments begins with #,).

For example

#, File as a verb, not noun
msgid "File the issue, please"
msgstr ""
