I have a question and I am sorry if it has been asked previously or
documented somewhere, but my google fu seems to be out of luck for that
one.
What is the best practice for translation of included fragments? In
order to avoid duplicating text I have include of rst files. That works
great. However it seems that the full rst is preprocessed before
handling the po update, so all the strings are included with empty strings.
Is there a way to have some kind of .po.inc in order to avoid
duplicating translated entries?

PS : sphinx really rocks, it makes multi-lingual documentation writing
