Sorry if this is an easy question, but I could not find a way, say, t
emphasize an index entry in the text.
Assume you would like to write:

This is an :index:`entry` which will appear in the index.

How can the word "entry" be, e.g., emphasized so that in the text it will
read as

This is an *entry* which will appear in the index.

But meanwhile it will o into the index?
Many thanks
fabio:index:`
