Hi friends, I've just updated from Sphinx 3.5.3 to 4.1.0. Now, "make gettext" extracts all substitution names. I can't find any details at https://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/changes.html.
For example, in RST: .. |grid-manual-actions-action-trigger| image:: img/portlets/grid-manual-actions-action-trigger.nol10n.png and in POT: msgid "grid-manual-actions-action-trigger" mststr "" I'm sure that substitutions were not picked up MessageCatalogBuilder...
