I agree with Jean and I think that the problems you are mentioning are not
related to python Sphinx (the language/framework) but to the IDE (Pyto),
which probably (but I'm shooting in the dark here, being no Apple/Pyto
expert) ask for a documentation docstring to be pulled later by Sphinx
for the generation of the code's documentation.
