Does it just look like it’s moving or is it actually changing field and
stuff. It could be a display issue.

Well, the last time I used PHPmyadmin was on a migration gig like 2015. I
never had that kind of behavior. Maybe it’s a new feature? What operating
system are you using? Which version of PHP my admin?
