Hi everyone! I use windows 7 64-bit, and when I try to install an app (for example WhatsApp), I get this error: Kernel32.dll entry not point error. The procedure entry point SetDefaultdllDirectories could not be located kernel32.dll. What am I doing now? entry point not found in kernel32 dll

To be specific, virus infection, power outage, hard drive errors, corrupted system files, and outdated device drivers can cause the kernel32 dll missing error. Moreover, AddDllDirectory, AddDllDirectory, SetDefaultDllDirectories, SystemTimeToTzSpecificLocalTimeEx, and TzSpecificLocalTimeToSystemTimeEx are missed in their machines. I also check the windows versions by "msinfo32", and they are matched (6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601). In MSDN, I can not find difference between SystemTimeToTzSpecificLocalTime and SystemTimeToTzSpecificLocalTimeEx. It bothers me that document about SystemTimeToTzSpecificLocalTimeEx has no warning that some Windows7 machines might not have this API entry points! Do I miss something? Or is it possible that my colleagues' windows version is unreleased and for internal test only so that they don't support the APIs?
