Hello,

Running sphinx-lint <https://pypi.org/project/sphinx-lint/> in
the Simplified Chinese (zh_CN) translation files of Sphinx's own
documentation reported some missing spaces between roles in the paragraphs,
and I wonder whether the locale requires to NOT have spaces (case which
escaping would be a way out) or spaces can be added.

For instance, for Sphinx FAQ in zh_CN
<https://www.sphinx-doc.org/zh-cn/master/faq.html>, the translation file
faq.po
<https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx-doc-translations/blob/40ec3b1ab3e177cb2922df03dbc4fbf61b93d44b/locale/zh_CN/LC_MESSAGES/faq.po#L54>

has (NOTE: a proper font might need to be installed see the translation):

#: ../../sphinx/doc/faq.rst:19
msgid ""
"They are automatic in LaTeX output; for HTML, give a ``:numbered:`` option
"
"to the :rst:dir:`toctree` directive where you want to start numbering."
msgstr ""
"它们在LaTeX输出中是自动的;对于HTML,为:rst:方向:`toctree`指令,从中开始编"
"号。"

Notice how there is no space between ":rst:dir:`toctree`" (besides some
wrong characters between).
