Just change this in configure.ac:
SPICE_LT_VERSION=m4_format("%d:%d:%d", SPICE_MAJOR, SPICE_MINOR, SPICE_MICRO)
AC_SUBST(SPICE_LT_VERSION)
Instead of hardcoding it in the Makefile.
