Gerd, I can use virtio perfectly well with qemu-kvm, so it's quite possible there are bugs in spice. Is there any debug information I can provide that would make it easier to diagnose the fault?
qemu-kvm uses a completely different way for virtio boot than upstream qemu (which qemu-spice is based on).
Also, might you know a workaround?
Yesterdays packages are based on a more recent upstream version, maybe it is fixed there.
