There is support for basic spice parameters in xl configuration in Xen upstream 4.2 at the moment. I'm testing spice with Xen too (Debian Wheezy, Ubuntu Precise and Windows 7 guests on Debian Wheezy host), trying to make qxl, vdagent and usb redirection working, but I am stuck for critical problems with qxl. I'm interested in any development in this as well.
