As pointed out by Marc-André in http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/spice-devel/2014-February/016243.html there are still a few issues with running spice-vdagent in gdm: - a selinux issue: "Feb 26 14:36:14 localhost.localdomain setroubleshoot[835]: SELinux is preventing /usr/sbin/spice-vdagentd from search access on the directory 833." This is fixed by an updated selinux policy - a warning in the logs: "warning could not get file xfer save dir, using cwd"
