Did you guys change your mind on this and implement it?
I can not drag a larger or smaller screen in my VM's of FC21 or
XP (haven't tried the other ones yet). On XP, I am running
virtio-win-0.1.100
and spice-guest-tools-0.74.exe
0.74 seems to be the latest.
Is there something special I should do to implement this?

May be please have dynamic screen sizing like virtual box?
Currently, you must pick a precanned screen size. They don't always work out
too well: too much or too little.
In Virtual Box, you grab the corner of the virtual window and can size the
screen into to whatever you need.
May we please have this functionality in Spice?
In the mean time, can we please have a 1900 x 1000 screen size?
