Yep, seems the same bug and the guest is a RHEL-7.2.
From the bug report it' s a QEMU issue and the patch is not part of
the Fedora package (for F23).

Tomorrow (probably) I'll try to reproduce the same issue with upstream
QEMU. Hopefully I won't be able to ... :-)
