Then, I have not understood what you mean. What do you mean with “created them 
on the stack at the beginning of the write function”? What is “them”? The 
format message?

Is your suggestion that FormatMessage could be split in two writes like the 
others, and that this would make the code more generic (if a tiny bit less 
efficient for that specific message)? If that’s what you are saying, then the 
problem is that the second part is distinct in all three cases anyway, so I’m 
not getting anything out of this, but I’m making the FormatMessage case less 
efficient…
