Hi,

I have committed GUI infrastructure into Spice master repository.

It is still a work in progress but it provide basic log-in
dialog and the ability to show message_box and to add
pre-connect/post-connect tabs by other components. Visual
appearance will be enhance later on. Hopefully all the basic
seething that are supported at this time via command line,
will soon be added to the Spice GUI.

In order to see some GUI sample stuff you can add -DGUI_DEMO.

Two commit messages was drop from spice-space-commit list
due to size limit:
client: add gui res files and
  client: remove splash image

Two new zip files are now available from repositories section of
spice wiki:
  windows_libraries_next.zip and
  windows_libraries_sources_extra.zip

windows_libraries_next.zip contain all the new libraries and
headers that are needed in order to build Windows client while
using the master branch.

Thanks,
Yaniv
