Hi all,

I've just been trying the QXL driver for F13, and all I got is a segmentation
Fault.

What I did :
-install F12 (x86_64)
-remove "nash" package (prevents upgrade)
-changed "enabled" variables in yum.repos.d/* to disable everything but rawhide
-yum update
-(wait :-) )
-yum install automake libtool xorg-x11-server-devel.x86_64
-git clone git://anongit.freedesktop.org/xorg/driver/xf86-video-qxl
-in the newly created directory :
  ./autogen.sh --libdir=/usr/lib64 && make && make install
-reboot
-The old driver is still being used
-so, I run "system-config-display --noui --set-driver=qxl"
-reboot
And I just get that in Xorg.0.log :

(...)

I don't know when I was wrong : qxl was built from git, so should I update
spice to the latest git version?
(remember me? I already had the same problem, actually then opposite one with
winXP : version mismatch between spice and qxl).
I will try it anyway as soon as I have time for it, but if you have any other
Idea...!

Thanks a lot in advance, I'm really looking forward to testing fedora with
spice (now that I know that winxp works really really well! I can even use
photoshop very smoothly on a 100Mbit standard connexion)
