Let me refine my previous inquiry about the 3.89 gears I need. After looking into the Rimmer Brothers catalog, it appears that the gear set I need is specifically for a MkIV Spitfire with the solid spacers instead of the collapsible one from a 1500 diff.
It is also possible that 3.89 gear sets for the GT6's without collapsible spacers will work. Does anybody know for sure?
