accurately titled "More than you ever wanted to know about motor
oils".  Bottom line - any quality name brand will do, it's best
(but not critical) to avoid mixing brands, avoid wide viscocity
spreads (10W-40).  You should probably run 20W-50 in the summer,
especially if you drive hard or fast, because without an oil
cooler, the pressure will drop.  You may find that you need to
change to 10W-30 in the colder temperatures just to be able to
crank over fast enough to start, although I have only found that
to be a problem below 20F.
