Joe... no this is NOT a true 'Churchill version.
The Churchill unit is a round bodied device (like a top hat)
with an ear off the side to insert a 'stop rod'
in to use as a handle to counter the torque is used
'on the car' rather than axle off the car.

This unit I believe is designed for a Lotus (same 
bolt circle and center hub size)  and the metal
is MUCH heavier.  I have one of this style
puller. (as well as another)

You can mount the axle in the puller, then 
put the puller in the jaws of a bench vise,
eliminating the need to torque the axle shaft (axle 
in the vise)  when trying to turn the screw.
The screw threads in the main body are a replaceable
hub, inside the main body.  Quite heavy duty.
