That doesn't look too bad for a newly installed spring. I'd be inclined to keep some 
weight in the boot (I usually rely on my rather hefty toolkit!) for a few hundred 
miles and see how it settles. There's not a lot else that can affect camber, the 
obvious one would be a pair of short halfshafts instead of the correct to year long 
ones. An extremely bad tiebar adjustment could also cause a camber increase, but I 
really am talking about extremes which would make the car handle like a pig!
