Congratulations, Scott! I soloed and did a couple of cross countries years ago. Never got around to finishing my license but I still love airplanes. It's great that local fly-ins usually also include a vintage car show. It makes Life good. Judging from other responses to your news on the list, there are a number of us who share interests in both Spitfires and flying. Besides my Spitfire, I also have a small (23')Paceship sailboat we use on the west end of Lake Erie. Is there also a thread of commonality there among LBC owners?
