-Sagging springs, 
-Rust, (mainly in floors and sills)  Don't be fooled by bondo.
-Deteriorated rubber parts
-Seat latches and recliner mechanisms
-Electrical malfunctions.
-Noises from rear end and transmission
-Check to see if the timing pulley on the front of the engine moves when
the clutch is pushed in.  If it moves more than a very slight amount it
probably needs new thrust washers.


That's all that comes to mind at the moment.
