Question, on the frame on not for a body rebuild? Unless, you have some sort of body jig (such as the factory might have used) it will have to be done on the frame. This is the only way you will ever be sure to get everything lined up correctly. (Ask me how I know!) In the past, I have spot welded panels into place while the body was on the frame (for alignment purposes), then later removed the body to finish some of the more difficult to reach areas with the mig.
