Bobby, Check out http://www.geocities.com/goalie_john/ - there is a scan of Autocar magazine from March 1975. This refers to Dunlop SP68, Radial ply tubeless, 155SR13. This is from a British magazine, so tyres for export markets may, or may not, be different.
Also I found a test of the Mk III in Car & Driver magazine of Sept 1967 at http://www.vwclassic.co.uk/~l4glqcm6m1lm/triumphs/triumph_spitfire_mk3_road_ test_US_CD0967_1.htm , the technical specs refer to: Dunlop 5.20S-13 "Gold Seals," 4-ply nylon tubeless So Dunlops of one sort or another seem common. Hope that helps! Richard & Daffy (sporting a dubious mix of Michelin and Kwik-Fit own brand at the moment!) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Important Notice: The information in this email is confidential and may be legally-privileged.
